evinces a design to reduce them under absolute

throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for

With your help we are going to make 2007 the most
politically active year yet in NNVCOC history. With help of the
thousands of Bikers / Motorcyclists and Patriots living in Northern
Nevada.
I opened the page with a few paragraphs from the
Declaration of Independence, the founding document of our great nation,
because we need to remember what our roots are, to remember why we think
we are free, to remember the sacrifices made by those who names are
famous and those every-day citizens who deeds are legendary.
Freedom is Risky and Liberty is Dangerous! Not in our
lifetimes has liberty and freedom been in such peril, not only from
hostile foreign governments and terrorists -but - from our own
hands. Many citizens and legislators have sacrificed this very freedom
on the unholy altar of "Safety". Politicians are spending our national
treasure on removing Liberty from Our Republic. The Patriot Act I & II
are prime example of how fear is used to increase the power of the
government over its citizens - with little to no effect on the foreign
terrorists or accountability to the rightful heirs to political power -
WE THE PEOPLE.
No matter what political party you belong to; do
not trust your liberty to them. It is up to each and every one of us to
be vigilant and provide oversight to OUR Representatives. They were
elected by us and are in Carson City and Washington DC to be OUR VOICE
-not our rulers. I invite everyone reading this to
contact me, to send in links articles our their own 2-cents to me
and I will post it. I do not expect you to agree with me, But I expect
that we can come together and help create the kind of country and state
that we could all be proud to be citizens of.

Fellow Freedom Fighters we have sad news to report.
SB49 was never allowed to be voted on. Your rights to be represented
have been thrown out the window because the chair of the transportation
committee believes that it is his duty to lord over the citizens of this
state and subvert the democratic process by not letting our bill to be
heard and debated on the floor and given a vote. We need to unite with
all freedom loving citizens of Nevada and vote these people out of
office. In the past the Chairman from Las Vegas - Dennis Nolan has
stated to our Legislative Representative, that he could not in good
consciousness let this bill out of committee as he has seen the injuries
caused during his time as a paramedic.
Please e-mail and call, write handwritten mail, send faxes and
let these people know you want a vote. That is is their duty to
represent not overlord! Ask them to explain why they oppose the will of
the people and what it would take to change their minds.

H.R. 1279 ON THE FAST TRACK-WE MUST ACT NOW
It is critical that we get these letters that we have been passing out
at our Confederation of Clubs meetings signed and sent to your Senator
and Congress Members.
While we have been pushing these letters to Senate and Congress
regarding all these bills that are taking our rights away as American
Citizens, Congress has managed to sneak in a new bill, which we have
talked about at the meetings. The bill is H.R. 1279, which is related to
S. 155, and H.R. 970, which is all Gang, related bills. HR. 1279 was
introduced on March 14, 2005 by Representative Randy J. Forbes: this
bill has made it further under the chain of command then any other Gang
Bill, and as you all know that if you ride in a group of three or more
you are considered a Gang. We all have to get our letters in to Senate
and Congress to get this bill stopped, it is moving so fast we will have
to work quickly. A Mark-up session was held on April 13, 2005, the views
of both sides are studied in detail and at the conclusion a vote is
taken to determine the action of the subcommittee. It may decide to
report the bill favorable to the full committee, with or without
amendment, or favorable, or without recommendation. The subcommittee may
also suggest that the committee “table” it or postpone action
indefinitely. Each member of the subcommittee, regardless of party
affiliation, has one vote. Proxy voting is no longer permitted in House
committees. It was ordered to be reported amended on April 20, 2005, to
a full committee meeting. Final committee action is a full committee
meeting; reports on bills may be made by subcommittees. Bills are read
for amendment in committees by sections and members may offer germane
amendments.
Committee’s amendments are only proposals to change the bill as
introduced and are subject to acceptance or rejection by the house
itself. A vote of committee members is taken to determine whether the
full committee will report the bill favorably, adversely, or without
recommendation. As you can see time is of the essence, we are going to
have to move fast on the bill as it is on the fast track, this bill has
passed further through all the committees and subcommittees than any
other Gang Bill, while we set idly by and let it happen without evening
knowing it. As American Citizens our rights are being stripped from us
and we don’t even know it. As American Citizens we must all stand
together and let the government hear our voices, as we are the voices
for this country and we have that right to be heard. We are Not Gangs,
we are men and women from all walks of life that enjoy the freedom of
riding our bikes, enjoying the company of other fellow riders, and enjoy
life and they are trying to take that away from us. What’s next, they go
after our children for hanging out with friends, and riding their
Bicycles. What is this country coming to, that they can tell us we can’t
ride in a group of three or more or if we do we are a Gang, or they will
deicide who you can associate with. I thought we lived in the Land of
the FREE, which is no longer. The government is trying to dictate our
lives and that is not being FREE. What happened to FREEDOM of CHOICE?

April 04, 2005 - Referred to Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and
Homeland Security.
April 05, 2005 - Subcommittee Hearings Held
April 12, 2005 - Subcommittee Consideration and Mark-up Session held.
April 12, 2005 - Forwarded by Subcommittee to Full Committee by Yeas and
Nays: 5-3
April 13, 2005 - Committee Consideration and Mark-up Session Held.
April 20, 2005 - Ordered to be reported (Amended) by the Yeas and Nays;

Gathering of Eagles
On March 17, 2007 a group of anti-war protestors are planning to
march to the Pentagon from Washington, D.C. The March 17th
anti-war demonstration will assemble at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at
12 noon in Washington, D.C. and march to the Pentagon. In order to
ensure that the Wall and other Memorials in the general area are not
defaced, like what happened at the anti-war demonstration at the U.S.
Capitol on January 27th, we must rally as many people as we can to meet
at the Wall no later than 8:00 AM on the 17th. This memorial, means the
world to many of us, and it must be protected. We cannot allow the
Cindy Sheehans and Jane Fondas to dishonor the memory of our Fallen
Brothers before beginning their trek to betray and dishonor our serving
sons.
